how to upgrade from iPadOS14.4 naar 14.8?

i want to upgrade new iPads in my business from 14.4 tot 14.8 before using them. iPadOS 15 is already out but we need to upgrade applications before we can upgrade to 15. i can't find the way to upgrade to 14.8. does anyone know a way?

You cannot upgrade to iPadOS 14.8 from iPadOS 14.4. Your only option is iPadOS 15. You would have needed to at least neon iPadOS 14.5 to be able to select iPadOS 14.8 instead of iPadOS 15.
