iPhone Reminders app iCloud Sync Issue "Activity Indicator" never stops

iOS 13 Hosed my reminders. Since then I abandoned the reminders app. I decided to try fixing it again. I have done all the things I could find online. Reset - erase all content in settings, turn off reminders turn back on and even created a new iCloud account to see if the issue was account-related or iPhone-related, and everything in between. It is account-related. My iCloud syncs between my mac and iCloud.com without issue. Recently - I don't know why - reminders from iCloud appeared on my iPhone. The Activity Indicator is spinning but there is no progress. I added a reminder in Icloud.com which did not sync to the iPhone. I added a reminder on my iPhone which did not sync to iCloud.com. I set the iPhone up to never turn off and left the reminders app open. It's been 4 days and the Activity Indicator is still spinning and no changes.

I believe this to be a server-side issue and there there is something wrong with my account. Does anyone have suggestions on things to try before I contact Apple Care? Does anyone know how to escalate this to engineers quickly?

Hey cshaddock,

We see you're facing a persistent issue with the Reminders app not syncing reminders properly.

To clarify, when attempting to add a reminder and verify if it synced at iCloud.com, you are signing into the same account the reminder was initially created under, correct?

If so, given the isolating steps you've taken so far, we'd recommend reaching out to Apple Support directly for assistance from here.
