My apple is cracked on the back. The crack is not that bad. There is a tiny missing piece of it and a line that follows it. It is more to the edges and not the middle where the circle is. I was wondering if it is no longer waterproof.

The watch was never waterproof. It is/was water resistant. Water resistance isn't a permanent condition and may diminish over time. Apple Watch can't be rechecked or resealed for water resistance. The crack can only exacerbate the problem. For more info, see:
