I have iPhone 12 Pro Max 128gb I’m facing the issue of phone storage I have like around 30gb data and system data containing 73Gb+ data how can I delete that data?

I would advise against deleting system data - that might affect how the phone works. You need to delete photos, messages, apps, etc.. to gain more space. Be sure to save important photos and data to your computer or an external drive and restart device after each deletion. These links may help...
