Microphone on Sennheiser MOMENTUM True Wireless 2 dosen’t work With my iPhone XR

I recently purchased a pair of Sennheiser MTW2, But the microphone dosen’t work so Well with my iPhone XR. They pick up the sound of my voice, but it sounds like the sound is ”far away”. I thought that it was picking up the sound from the iPhones internal microphone, but the sound dosen’t get stronger or weaker if i bring my phone any closer to my mouth.

i thought that the problem was With the headphones. But I’ve tried them with my work phone (iPhone 8+), and the mic works flawless with the iPhone 8+.

Do i need to adjust any settings on my iPhone XR for the microphone on the headphones to work?
