Apple ID password is invalid on iPhone 12 Pro Max after iOS 15.1 update, but works on other devices..

I just upgraded to the iPhone 12 Pro Max and had some downloaded music that I had pulled from youtube and converted to mp3 not transfer over. So I was trying to fix that. Which I'm still having trouble with if someone an help me with that.

Anyway long story short eventually I needed to log into my apple ID again and when I went to do so I received a message saying Password Invalid. SO i just rest it to make things less frustrating. Well, now my iPhone is saying Password Invalid every time I try to log into my Apple ID. Just my iPhone. The password works when using other devices. I've done the reset network and restarting recommendations and non of them are working. This all happened right after I updated my IOS to 15.1

Thanks for reaching out and posting in Apple Support Communities.

If we understand correctly, the first thing you are wanting to work on is your Apple ID password. It works everywhere, but your iPhone.

You mention this began with iOS 15.1 update. Are you using the iOS 15.1 Beta version, or the iOS 15.01.1 public version of software? If you are using beta, you will want to make sure this gets reported using the Feedback Assistant app.

When you restarted your iPhone, did you follow the steps found in Restart your iPhone?

If you still need help after following those restart steps, let us know if you are on iOS 15.1 Beta or iOS 15.0.1. That’s found by going to Settings > General > About.
