My iPhone was stuck on a black screen with loading circle on it so I force restarted it by clicking the up then down volume and then the side button. This worked and changed it to a black screen with the apple on it, however now my phone is stuck on the apple screen. It has been stuck on this screen for 10 minutes. Is this normal for a restart or what should I do?

(1) Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:
