I just bought a new Apple TV. Everything seemed to set up. Now HBO max is not working. I can't seem to sign in. I keep getting "It looks like you're trying to sign in to HBO Max with a secondary Xfinity ID."
I had a similar experience. I had to log into my cable account and verify the sub accounts on the main account. And, then spend some quality time with the customer service rep working through why there were three different accounts.....
Thanks. The only issue is we don’t have any sub accounts. Hmmm. I’ll contact Xfinity. What’s odd is HBOMax works fine on my other Apple TV that uses the same network!
