hello There,i got a problem with my Apple Watch 5.it doesn't turn on even an apple logo too, but it heat very while charging.

help me plz.

I have a spinning circle on screen. How do I get watch to turn on? My watch has the spinning circle. Will not turn on. I recently received message that storage was full so I deleted any appropriate apps.
