Can't turn on call forwarding and call waiting

Error: error: could not save call waiting settings while call forwarding just loads

Talked to Optus and was referred to Apple and when I put the Vodafone sim on the iPhone, it can activate the features.

What can you suggest? Is there something wrong with my Optus Account?

Call forwarding (along with wifi calling, conference calls, etc) are specific cellular carrier's services.

I would check your traffic plan with Optus, trying to talk to a chief technician.
