My card has been charged but the status of my product is still processing

I ordered an iMac on 23 sept and it has been processing ever since. Today I was charged for the iMac but the product is still on the processing status. It says it will arrive on 18 October. What does this mean?

And my card has been charged and has not been shipped. I had another issue today… I was expecting the laptop to arrive next week, however today the estimate delivery timeframe increased 2 months. Now saying it will arrive in June. Is this just a glitch in apples site? Can’t be right as why would they charge my card and then say it will take an extra 2 months?

When will it ship Hi, I read on a page that once your order is fulfilled they charge your credit card, and ''processing'' becomes ''preparing for shipment''. I bought a Macbook Air M1 but upgraded the Ram so I know that it won't be coming directly from a store. I was still wondering if it was normal that the order status hasn't changed even though my card was charged. It says that it will be delivered between march 30 and april 7, and it's on processing since march 12. Thank you all!

New Macbook Air custom config- still processing but CC charged? I ordered a new Macbook Air with the i5 configuration on May 15, 2020. My order details still indicate that it's processing. My card was charged for the order yesterday, and from what I've seen if your card is charged, the order has been shipped. Is it possible that the order hasn’t shipped yet? Or that the order details haven’t been updated? Thank you!
