Проблема в использовании

Здравствуйте. Мой айфон 11 стал сильно лагать при разблокировке и закрытии приложений. Виджет Кошелёк не работает. В приложении Аптека Вита погас экран ( резко яркость стала минимальная) и не реагировал ни на одну копку. Телефон приобретён в 29.05.2021, сразу после покупки работал идеально быстро и плавно. отношусь очень бережно, ни разу не падал и не контактировал с водой. В чем может быть причина появления багов?

Hello. My iPhone 11 began to lag a lot when unlocking and closing applications. The Wallet widget does not work. In the Vita Pharmacy application, the screen went out (the brightness became minimal sharply) and did not react to any digging. The phone was purchased on 05.29.2021, immediately after purchase it worked perfectly quickly and smoothly. I am very careful, never fell or contacted with water. What could be the reason for bugs?

Hello Regina,

I suggest that you try these two troublesooting steps:


A "forced" restart of your iPhone 11, using these instructions:--> Force restart iPhone – Apple Support


If the issue persists, something could have gone wrong during the latest update procedure.

I would try to install a fresh copy of iOS/iPadOS. To do this, create a full backup of your iPhone/iPad (1), then restore it to factory settings (you need a computer to perform this step) and, in the end, set it up as new (2).

When done, restore data from your previously made backup (3).

Follow the instructions provided in these support articles:

(1) How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch – Apple Support

(2) Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings – Apple Support

(3) Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup


If the issue still persists, since your iPhone is still under warranty, contact Apple Support directly using this link:--> Get Support or make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
