when browsing FBMP you get kicked out of it to see spinning circle..
it continues to be a problem, even if latest software and app updated.
please let FB know and or have apple fix the problem.

If that happens using that app only, how can it be an Apple problem?
3rd parties apps developers are responsible for adapting their applications to the operating system to be used, not viceversa. Apple makes the new iOS/iPadOS versions available to developers well in advance of the official release date.
I recommend that you forward your request to the developers of that app.
