refund

I asked for a refund for an app that was accidentally purchased. Everywhere it is written that the funds were returned and the money is already on the card. Although there is nothing on the map. The app is called "Engo". What should I do?

If the one used is no longer valid or it's already been that long, ask your financial institution or the iTunes Store staff.
