Why does my RoboKiller subscription say ‘inactive’, when I’m paying each month?? Shouldn’t it say ACTIVE ???

Hello Sally5.0,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on your post, your RoboKiller subscription isn't active. We'll do our best to assist.

It's hard for us to pin point why this might have happened. You could have subscribed, but it has since ended and expired.

If you're trying to resubscribe to the app, but have issues with payment, review all in: If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store

In case you need to Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods

In case it's expired, then tap on the subscription to see your subscription offers the app may have available. Once you select on the right subscription (for you) then it should start to process that subscription payment.

Wishing you well, take care.
