When I try to update or download an App, it tells me that my account has been disabled in the

App Store and iTunes! I am unable to do either!

It can't be enabled from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.

When I type, my letters are huge bold face letters! How do I make them standard size again?

Check the font size in the application you're using.
