We understand that you no longer hear keyboard clicks when using your device, but that the setting is enabled. We can help.

Just so we can confirm the setting is correct, go to Settings > Sounds > Keyboard Clicks. Do you see Keyboard Clicks enabled? How about Lock Sound? If they are not enabled, let's enable them now. If they are enabled, disable them and enable them again.

Adjust the volume on iPad -- Make sure that the "Ringer and Alerts" slider is loud enough to enable you to hear the clicks. You can also turn on “Change with Buttons” if the volume drops too low.

Here you will find more information on using tones: Use tones and ringtones with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

Let us know the results.

Take care.
