How do I get rid of the ok button when logging in via passcode? I upgraded from a 7 to a 12, now have to click an extra button every time I use the passcode to log in with my 6 digit code. This makes opening my phone a two handed process.

How do I get rid of the “ok” button when logging in via passcode? I upgraded from a 7 to a 12, now have to click an extra button every time I use the passcode to log in with my 6 digit code. This makes opening my phone a two handed process. I do use Face ID, but at times it still needs the passcode… then click OK, rather than open immediately.

thx

That means you chose a variable length passcode rather than the fixed length 6 digit passcode that is standard, so the phone doesn’t know when you are finished entering it. Go to Settings/Face ID & Passcode and change the passcode to 6 digits specifically. Although with Face ID you will need to enter a passcode rarely.
