3rd party session cookies

Every time I try to open a video on my iPhone or iPad for school it says

It seems your browser is blocking 3rd party session cookies which are required for the Kaltura application. To resolve this issue, please update your settings to allow 3rd party cookies.

I’ve included my safari settings.

Can anyone help?

I get the same screen when I turn off prevent cross site tracking too.
