Changing AppleID login email address
I cut out my email except the @icloud.com part.
Why does it say this when I try to change my Apple ID to a iCloud email address?
I just wanted to change it from my Gmail apple id...

It's just warning you: a change to another non-Apple address could be changed again later if required, but if you change to an @icloud.com address it's permanent. If you're happy with that there's no problem making the change from Gmail.
