I have 3 different itune charges to my PayPal. Not sure what they all are for

I have charges on my bank account through Paypal that note they are Itunes charges. What are the services that I am paying for? In June 2021 I received regular charges of $9.99 and $5.40 and another charge for $35.99. Then on 9/29 I was charged $9.99 and $5.40 twice. Ii want to know what these charges are for.
