How to active Private Relay on a Mac?

Hi,

I have a 2020 MacBook Air with the last updated version. I am trying to find Private Relay but it seems like it's just not there. I go in Apple ID, then click iCloud and then Private Relay is just not in the list.

I looked at articles and it's just not there.
