I have an iPad Air 4 with a Apple Pencil 2. And the battery of iPad drains really quick when attaches and connects Bluetooth with Apple Pencil. So will the Pencil be charged when it's attached to iPad with the Bluetooth off?

We understand you have questions about charging an Apple Pencil. We're happy to help.
The Bluetooth connection with an Apple Pencil does not affect charging. If you have Bluetooth turned off on your iPad, and attach the Apple Pencil to it, it will still charge, and you'll still see the "Apple Pencil" and battery percentage pop-up at the top of the screen when you first attach it.
