Data loss

I was transfering data from an old iphone, to new one. Some of the pics where not backed up to icloud so they stayed on old one. Few days ago I turned on my old phone so i could find those pictures, in old iphone and at first they where there, but in gallery I saw that data is downloading or updating. After it finished I lost exactly data which was not backed up. How can i get it back? I did not deleted them,or hide. It just one second was there and after update gone. Maybe old phone synchronized with new one?

Sync Through iCloud:

Sign in to the same Apple ID on both iPhones, and then enable Photos in iCloud Settings. Being synced, Photos will be accessible between both two iPhones.

On Both iPhones:

Click: Settings
Tap: your Name (top item)
Tap: iCloud
Tap: Photos (so that it is green)
