refund approved but not received in account

I requested a refund from purchase that was accidental, the request was accepted and on its status it now says it has been refunded to my original payment method but I have still not received my refund.

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 14

A refund can take up to 30 days, depending on the method used to make the purchase. Please see https://support.apple.com/HT210904
