Apple Cinema HD Display pink (magenta) border

I just bought two used Apple Cinema HD Displays 23 inch.

Once I connected them to my Macbook Pro, both of them had the same problem: a pink border in the screen. It's all over the screen and makes them unusable for photo and video editing.

I suppose there is no fix for this, but I still wanted to give this forum a try. Any tips or advice are welcome!

The outer border is white, then there is a pink border and it slightly turns back to white towards the middle of the screen.

I know these screens are 15-20 years old, so I'm not too bummed out. I had them for a great price (€80 for both), and the casing is in perfect state. They are great collector's items. Nevertheless, it would be nice if I could use them.
