iPhone Apple Mail need to schedule email
Is it possible to schedule an Apple mail email on iPhone without installing a different app? If so, where can I find the instructions to do so?

Using the Mail app on your iPhone, there isn’t an option to schedule an email to be sent at a particular time or date. What may be a workaround for you would be to save the email as a draft, and then send it when you are ready. See Save a draft in Mail on iPhone for details.
