how to I find a flash drive on my mac
I recently purchased a Mac laptop and plugged in my flash drive but can't seem to find it in order to transfer documents onto it.
MacBook Air (2020 or later)
Choose Computer from the Finder's Go menu, or check the boxes for it in the General and Sidebar tabs of the Finder's preferences. If it doesn't show up there, choose Utilities, open the Disk Utility, and use the Mount or First Aid function.
