Citibank mobile app not working on new iPhone
Citibank app works fine on my older iPhone 12 but it won’t let me log in on my new iPhone 13.
I should be able to access on both iPhones.

Then let Citibank know or look at their support site. Not an Apple app, nor an issue with your iphone 13.
