icloud account

my apple watch i used before i cannot link to my iphone cause i dont have access to the icloud email. Actually the apple id on watch is locked for security reasons a message like that is popping up.. but i do remember the login password too. when i go to having trouble signing in page to unlock it the mail is also going to the same icloud account
