iPhone itself, does not provide a fully customizable Equalizer. There are adjustments within Apple Music for different types of music.


Settings > Music > EQ- Choose the genre which best meets your listening tastes


Many 3rd party Bluetooth headphones come with developer provided applications, which do permit you to more fully adjust equalization. You may want to investigate some options with full app control over the headphones. Sennheiser and Jabra are two you could look at as examples.
