Removing or Sharing Tickets in Wallet
I dont have the three dots above the ticket to share or delete it. HELP.

You are correct that this is done with the "More" button. Double-check the steps here: Add, use, and share boarding passes, tickets, and other passes in Apple Wallet.
Do you have any restrictions on your iPhone or a managed profile?
Try updating to iOS 15.0.1: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
