copying microsoft Outlook notes to my Apple iCloud Notes

I use my company-provided Windows Microsoft Outlook exchange account to create notes. Now with my own Apple iCloud, I wish to copy all the Outlook Notes to my iCloud notes.

Would you please help and teach me how to do this?
