iPad being gifted, but wants to keep some apps with current progress/sign ins

I have an iPad Air 2. My brother has been using it for over a year now, but it still has my iCloud info. I'm getting a new one so I'm gifting that one to him. Would it be possible to remove my iCloud info, create his own, but keep all his gaming apps still signed in and active?

Basically, I don't want him to access my iCloud on the App Store, Calendar, Keychain, Mail, Contacts, Message etc. But still keep all his gaming apps. Not sure if he knows all his login for them.

iPad Air 2, iPadOS 14

This is what you need to do - nothing else will get your Apple ID disassociated from the device:

If you are running iOS 15, you can use these:

And then he needs to set it up using his own Apple ID.
