Missed out Notifications and IOS 15 bugs

I recently bought a new iPhone 12 few days back and after setting it up here are bugs that I noticed.

WhatsApp Notifications are not refreshing- When the iPhone is locked , it restricts background data and that is why no messages are displayed on the lock screen and I am being tagged as offline as the messages do not deliver. The above issue holds true for other apps also such as Instagram and such.
Even if the above is addressed I still cannot hear the sounds as it is too feeble to hear from a different room and that is why I request Apple to fix / increase the lock sounds , keyboard and notification text tone because we do miss out on important updates

P.S- Currently I am running on IOS 15.0.1

Hello tanbir22 and welcome to Apple Support Communities. It appears you are having some difficulty with notification on a new iPhone.

Change message notifications on iPhone - Apple Support

The article above shows how to set notifications including changing the tone involved for the Messages app. Some of this will apply to 3rd party apps such as those you mentioned. But it there are not sufficient customization options for those apps, you would want to take it up with the app developers.
