Can I charge my iPad Mini 6 using the power adaptor from my M1 macbook air? (30W)

Is it safe to use the Macbook's power adaptor to charge my iPad mini 6? I don't like crowding my power outlet with chargers so I just want to make sure it's safe to use. Thanks!
