Registrar doesn't let me enter DNS records info provided by Apple

I am trying to set up my custom email domain, but my registrar (name.com) does not let me enter the DNS record information provided by apple:

1) For the two MX records, Apple tells me to make sure to include the dot at the end of the value (mx01.mail.icloud.com. and mx02.mail.icloud.com.). Name.com accepts these values without the dot at the end, but refuses the entry as invalid if I add the dot.

2) For the CNAME record, Name.com automatically add my domain name after the value provided by Apple (so sig1._domainkey automatically becomes sig1._domainkey.mydomain). There is no way to change that.

Does it matter (I still can't finish the set up, so apparently is does...)? What can I do? Or did I miss something obvious?

Ok, so it turns out the two points I mentioned really didn't matter (at least for my registrar, name.com): there is no need for a dot at the end of the MX records, and the automatic addition to the CNAME record is fine, too.

The issue for me was the quotes around the first TXT record ("v=spf1 redirect=icloud.com"). Once I removed the quotes, it worked.
