Apple News Restriction
I just redownloaded Apple News but it’s not letting me access it because it says I have restrictions on. But when I go to settings and to Content & Privacy Restrictions for Apple News restrictions is off

Let's make sure your location is set properly in Settings > General > Language and Region > ensure ‘Region’ is set to the right country.
Next, check your content settings in Screen Time by going to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions:
Use Screen Time on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
