After download of update it will not complete “Verifying Update.” That stays on the screen until I hard restart the iPad and try again after several hours of waiting for the verification process to finish. While the Verifying Update is on screen I cannot do anything else with iPad unless I do a hard restart.
Current IOS version is 15.0, IPad Pro 9.7 inch, Model Number MLQ82LL/A, Storage Capacity 256 GB, Available 230.5 GB.

We see you're attempting to download the latest iPadOS update, however it won't install.
We'd recommend taking a look over the tips in the following resource.
Should the issue persist beyond there, attempt to update via a Mac or PC. Those steps can be found below.

Happens a lot with iPad Pros. Workaround: insert a SIM card (even with mobile data off), works instantly.
Apple apparently has no quality assurance anymore, and is not interested in fixing or even acknowledging the bug...
