When I first setup my iPhone 13 Pro I did not transfer data from my Android phone, now I can't find the "Apps and Data" screen support mentions anywhere, what am I missing?

Just set up my iPhone 13 Pro yesterday (btw I'm new to the Apple world ;?) but didn't transfer the data from my Android phone due to low battery and not having the power cable with me at the time. Now when I try to do this I keep getting stuck when it says to "Tap Move Data from Android" because I can't find that anywhere (nor the "Apps & Data screen" mentioned) and Siri's no help either, lol. What am I missing, any help appreciated ;?)

When you set up a new phone is the only time you can automate transferring everything, from either another iPhone or from an Android phone. There are manual ways, however→Move content manually from your Android device to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Seems like the only suggestions I've found is to reset/erase everything and start over, but that CAN'T be the only way, or at least it makes zero sense to me, smh. I would think there'd be a work-around, but then being an iOS newb I could be wrong ;?)
