Subscription payment

I cancel a subscription payment I had on an app and wanted to remove my credit card but it won’t let me. It’s says I can’t remove the card because there is still an active subscription even tho I had cancel it. What do I do?

Subscriptions and Billing - Official Apple Support


Also do you have other subscriptions or and unpaid balance on your credit card? You need to leave the credit card so that the refund may go back to that card and you can add another card and then remove that specific card… so that you have a card on file. Also you may always contact Apple Support by going to upper right hand corner and clicking on Get Support for further assistance.
