When I try to connect to Apple Store I get blank screen

I said it above. I simply cannot connect to Apple Store with my MacBook Pro using Big Sur 11.6

Sign out/ sign in to iCloud

>System Preferences>AppleID>iCloud


Sign out of iCloud on your....Mac
