Unable to record voice
I am not able to send voice message on Whatsapp and sound is not recorded on my phone. Please help me how to resolve this problem.

We note that the prompt advises to try restarting the iPhone, and then attempt it again. If you haven't yet, be sure to try that out.

You can also check to see if the app has microphone access in Settings > Privacy > Microphone.
Is it also not working in the Voice Memos app? If so this may indicate a hardware-related issue. Some steps to try for the microphone issue can be found here: If the microphones on your iPhone aren't working
