Hello reminders8 and welcome to Apple Support Communities. It appears you are having some difficulty with birthday reminders on an iPhone.
Keep in mind that reminders will only show for contacts where you have added a birthday.
To enable the feature, go to Settings > Calendar > Default Alert Times > Birthdays and enable it.
