Why does my Apple Music keep saying “Request Time out”

The following support article provides some troubleshooting steps to try for this behavior:


If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services


If you try all these steps and still have issues receiving this error message, try connecting using a different Wi-Fi or cellular data network. Also, make sure you're not connect to any sort of VPN as that may cause issues.


If you continue to have issues, reach out to Apple Support:
