Using a Dualsense controller with World of Demons on Macbook.

Running Big Sur 11.6

I can play the game 'World of Demons' using my Dualshock 4, but I can't seem to control with with a Dualsense controller. Now, if I play the game on my iPad or my iPhone I'm able to use my Dualsense, but for some reason on my Macbook Pro it doesn't work. I tried Fantastian and Castlevania- they both work just fine. But for some reason World of Demons doesn't. I contacted Platinumgames and they informed me that the game can be played with an MFI controller, so that was helpful. Anyone have any ideas?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.2

Hello haikufive,

We see you're having issues when trying to use your controller with a particular game, and we'd be happy to help.

There are some helpful suggestions on that type of issue here to try: Pair a PlayStation controller to your Apple device

This will include things like unpairing the controller from System Preferences > Bluetooth, and then re-pair it back to the Mac.

You may also wish to try uninstalling and re-installing the affected game.

It can also help to try giving the Mac a quick restart: Log out, sleep, wake, restart, or shut down your Mac

I have tried all of the suggested solutions, and none of them worked. I opened the game "Fantastian" and was able to control it with my Dualsense controller, but I was still not able to control World of Demons with my Dualsense controller.
