Can I trade-in my iPhone with a refurbished one?
Because when I try buying the refurbished one on the site, there’s no option with trade-in?

No. But you can trade the phone in to Apple (if they deem it has any trade value after evaluation) and they'll give you the money in a Gift Card or possibly Apple Cash, which you could likely use as part of the payment towards a refurbished phone.
