My ex has his number under my daughters iCloud and I can’t access it. He shouldn’t have access and I can’t fix it.

How do I delete my child’s iCloud account? My ex has somehow figured out a way to be over her account through my family sharing. I only know this because when I try to resend her password to the number on file the last two digits or his phone number and not mine.

We haven’t been together in years and we’ve never been on the phone plan together or had access to each other‘s passwords. He really should not have a reason to be on there at all. We get along now but a few months ago when I set her phone up my email account started messing up and I couldn’t access anything for a month. Her phone also went missing for quite some time.

As per this article Use the Find My app to locate a missing device or item - Apple Support

For a misplaced iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple Watch, Mac, AirPods product, or supported Beats product, you can also use the Find My app on a device owned by someone in your Family Sharing group, or sign in to iCloud.com/find on a web browser.

You can find your daughter's iPhone by signing your Apple ID and password , however her iPhone is also lost this article is to be followed If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support

Form him you are not in touch , still his iPhone is connected with your family group account .

Note : the best way for you as family organiser is disband the group as he will never contact you ( also his iPhone is lost )
