When the watch is is sleep mode, it does not appear to advance the time until I wake it. In order to display the current time I must twist my wrist or tap the face. This appears to be new behavior.
This is a problem. When I look down at my watch can display the wrong time once it was over an hour off and then jumped forward when moved it. This defeats the purpose of the always-on watch face.
Is there a way to change that?

This appears to have been fixed. Recently I had not noticed a problem so I observed it as it was sleeping and the minute hand moved forward each minute..

That defeats the purpose of buying a watch with an always on display.
I read in another forum it seems to affect the Infograph watch face. I am using a Apple Watch 6 with OS 8.0.
If this is a know issue, any indication that Apple admits it or is doing something about it? I do not need the minimal power savings that provides.

Turn off always on display and tap the screen when you want to see the time,this issue has been reported on this forum on numerous occasions.
Also reported on this forum,digital watch faces seem to update straight away,just an idea and a new update will probably required to fix the analog issue.
