Due to standing instructions from RBI(India) I can’t pay my monthly subscription of iCloud storage now not auto debit from my card only one option is directly pay to merchants site please resolve my problem

You can add funds to your Apple ID manually, so that this will be drawn on for iCloud and any other purchases.
